    What is Career Offensive?

Career Offensive is a job-search service for job seekers. From one uploaded resume it finds matching roles, identifies the people hiring for them, and drafts a personal note for each. On a paid plan it can also apply and send outreach from your own Gmail within daily limits you set. Anything uncertain waits for your approval.

    Who is it for?

Job seekers who want a steady, daily search and want to reach the hiring manager or recruiter behind a role, not only submit applications. It is not for employers looking for candidates (it is built for job seekers), and it does not guarantee interviews or offers.

What runs automatically, and what needs my approval?

On the Campaign and Guided Launch plans you can turn on two separate switches. Auto-apply submits applications to matched roles (up to 10 per day by default). Auto-outreach drafts a one-to-one email for each new hiring contact (up to 5 per day by default); an automated quality check sends the drafts that pass from your Gmail and holds the rest in your approval queue, where you approve, edit, or skip them. You can pause either switch at any time.

What Gmail access does Career Offensive ask for?

Only permission to send email (Google's gmail.send scope) and to see your email address. It cannot read your inbox or your replies: replies arrive in Gmail as usual, and you record outcomes in your workspace. You can revoke access from your Google account at any time.

    Does it work with Outlook?

Not for sending. Sending outreach requires a Gmail account. Without connecting email you can still find contacts and draft messages, then send them yourself.

    How much does it cost?

Research is free: job and company search, contact search, the resume builder, and the outreach message generator. Campaign is $20 per month and turns on auto-apply and auto-outreach. Guided Launch is $149 per year and adds a founder strategy call, campaign setup, priority support, human-assisted contact research, and 12 months of post-placement protection. Prices are in USD and you can cancel anytime. See pricing.

    Is the resume builder free?

Yes. 12 templates, unlimited versions, and export to PDF, DOCX, or TXT at no cost. AI resume analysis and hiring-manager contacts are on a paid plan.

Where do the contacts come from?

From professional-profile and company data. Contacts show work email addresses where available. Not every role has a reachable contact; when none is found, outreach skips that role.

Is this a done-for-you placement service?

No. It automates the repetitive parts of a job search inside limits you set, and it does not promise interviews or offers. Guided Launch adds hands-on help from the founder, Kevin Holbert.

    How do I get help?

Email [email protected]. Guided Launch members also get priority support and direct email to the founder.
