    Can I cancel anytime?

    Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. You keep access until the end of your billing period — no proration, no hassle.

    What does "unlimited" mean?

    Unlimited usage follows fair-use moderation. There is no hard cap on contacts, reports, or outreach drafts. Throughput may only be moderated for exceptionally high volume to keep the platform stable for everyone.

    Do I need to connect Gmail?

    Only to send. Connecting Gmail lets Career Offensive send your approved outreach from your own address, one message at a time. Without it you can still discover contacts and draft messages, then send them yourself. Sending requires a Gmail account; there is no Outlook integration.

    How much does the automation do per day?

    Campaign and Guided Launch include auto-apply (up to 10/day) and auto-outreach (up to 5/day). Daily caps limit volume, not quality — relevance and contact fit come first, and anything the system is unsure about waits in your approval queue for you to review.

    What's the difference between the two paid plans?

    Campaign ($20/mo) gives you self-serve access to all tools: auto-apply, auto-outreach, contact discovery, reports, and resume analysis. Guided Launch ($149/year, about $12.50/mo) includes everything in Campaign plus a founder strategy call, priority support, human-assisted research, and post-placement protection.

    Is my data safe?

    Gmail access is limited to sending email and seeing your email address — Career Offensive cannot read your inbox or replies. We never see your Gmail password, and you can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings. See the privacy policy for how we store and delete data.

    What if I don't land a job?

    The Guided Launch plan includes 12 months of post-placement protection. If you need support beyond your initial search, we're here to help.

    Unlimited usage applies under normal usage conditions. Throughput may be moderated only for exceptionally high volume to keep performance stable for all members. This is fair-use protection, not a hard cap.
