• Manage communications through connected email accounts
• Use the CareerOffensive Contacts Chrome extension on supported sites

We do not guarantee job placement, interviews, or employment outcomes.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Use the service only for lawful job-seeking purposes
• Not misuse contact information
• Not spam, harass, or send abusive communications
• Comply with all applicable laws and email regulations
• Use browser-extension features only on supported surfaces and in compliance with applicable law and third-party site terms

You are solely responsible for messages sent from your account.

4. Browser Extension Features

CareerOffensive may offer a browser extension, including the CareerOffensive Contacts Chrome extension, as part of the service. By using the extension, you authorize CareerOffensive to process supported page context and account state needed to provide extension features such as contact lookup, dashboard handoff, and outreach draft generation.

You agree not to use the extension to harvest data unlawfully, violate third-party rights, evade platform restrictions, or send unsolicited or abusive communications. We may suspend or terminate access to the extension for misuse, abuse, or policy violations.

5. Email Account Connection

By connecting Gmail or Outlook, you authorize CareerOffensive to:

• Draft and send emails you approve
• Retrieve responses related to those emails
• Display communications in your dashboard

You may revoke access at any time.

6. Payment & Subscriptions

Paid features may require upfront fees and/or recurring subscriptions. All fees are disclosed before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Payments are non-refundable
• Subscription terms renew automatically until canceled

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided by CareerOffensive are owned by us or our licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell our materials without permission.

8. No Employment Guarantee

CareerOffensive provides tools and guidance only. We do not act as a recruiter, employer, or hiring agent.

Success depends on many factors beyond our control.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available."

We make no warranties regarding accuracy, availability, or results.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CareerOffensive shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
