How Career Offensive works
Career Offensive runs your job search every day inside limits you set: it finds matched roles and the people hiring, drafts personal outreach, and — if you switch it on — applies and sends from your own Gmail. Anything uncertain waits for your approval.
The daily workflow, step by step

Upload or build your resume
Upload a PDF resume, or build one free (12 templates, export to PDF, DOCX, or TXT). Your job titles and location set the search, and you can change your targets later.

It finds matched roles
Career Offensive searches live job listings on your titles and location, then widens to related titles, and ranks what it finds by fit.

It finds the people hiring
For each matched role it looks for relevant people at the company — hiring managers and recruiters — from professional-profile and company data, with a work email where one is available. If no contact is found, outreach skips that role.

It drafts personal outreach
Each note is written for one person about one job, grounded in the role, the company, and your experience. You can approve, edit, or skip it, and ask for a follow-up draft later.

You choose what runs
On Campaign or Guided Launch you can switch on auto-apply (applications to matched roles through a supported application partner, up to 10 a day by default) and auto-outreach (up to 5 a day by default). Each has its own switch, and you can pause either one at any time. Daily caps are maximums, not targets.

Anything uncertain waits for you
An automated quality check reviews every outreach draft. Drafts that pass are sent one at a time from your own Gmail; the rest wait in your approval queue with the job, company, contact, and draft side by side.
What Career Offensive can and cannot access
- Gmail
- Permission to send email (Google's gmail.send scope) and to see your email address — nothing else. Career Offensive cannot read your inbox or your replies. You can revoke access from your Google account at any time.
- Replies
- Replies arrive in your Gmail like any other email. You record the outcome — reply, interview, pass — in your workspace.
- Outlook and other mailboxes
- There is no sending integration. You can still find contacts and copy drafts into any mail client yourself.
- What gets sent
- Only outreach you approve, or that passes the quality check while auto-outreach is on, within your daily cap. Every sent message is listed in your account.
