Company Reports

A ranked shortlist of 25+ companies that fit your background — with the people inside who decide on the hire.

Why a report, not a search

Job-board search is endless. You scroll, filter, scroll, save jobs you'll never apply to. A report flips that: instead of a feed, you get a finite, prioritized list to work through.

The point isn't to surface every company that might be hiring. It's to surface the ones that are most likely to respond — and to hand you the people inside who matter.

    What's in a report

    For each company, you get:

    How the ranking works

Reports score companies on three axes:

    1. Profile fit — does your background match what they hire for?
    2. Reachability — are decision-makers identifiable and contactable?
    3. Signal strength — recent hiring activity, team growth, public role posts

The result is a ranked list, not just a filter. The top of the list is where you start.

    Tailored vs. instant

Reports are the tailored path — you upload your resume, define your target, and the system researches companies matched to you. It's the recommended way to start when you don't yet have a list.

If you already know the companies, Instant Lookup is faster — no report, just contacts at the company you specify.

    Workflow

    1. Upload or pick a resume
    2. Define your role direction (title, location, seniority)
    3. Run the report
    4. Scan the top companies
    5. Pull contacts at the ones that look right
    6. Reach out from your inbox

You don't have to chase all 25. Most users start with the top 5–10.

    How long does it take?

A report runs in 2–3 minutes. Once it's ready, you can come back to it anytime — your reports are saved in your dashboard and you can layer multiple targets (different roles, different cities) over time.

    Plans

Company Reports are included in Campaign ($20/month) and Guided Launch ($149/year). Guided Launch adds a strategy call with the founder to help shape your first targets.
