Interview Tracking
Every interview, every company, in one place — so nothing slips between weeks.
The problem
A real job search runs three to ten conversations in parallel. After two weeks, you can't remember which recruiter ghosted, which loop you're between rounds on, or what you said you'd send Tuesday. Your inbox isn't a search system, and a spreadsheet rots fast.
The cost is real: missed follow-ups, repeated answers, and the sense that you're not actually in control of your own pipeline.
What you get
The interview hub gives every company a single page that holds:
- Prep notes — research on the company, the role, and the people you're meeting
- Schedule — every round with date, time, and interviewer
- Outreach history — the messages you sent, with replies you log
- Outcomes — what got asked, how it went, what to fix
- Follow-up status — what you owe whom, by when
You add detail as you go. The hub keeps it in one place so you don't have to.
How it fits the workflow
When a contact replies and a conversation moves toward an interview, you add it to the hub from that opportunity (Career Offensive cannot read your inbox, so it does not detect replies on its own). You can also add interviews for opportunities you found outside Career Offensive.
The point isn't to replace your calendar — it's to give every conversation a home, so prep and follow-up don't fall through.
What it surfaces
- Interviews coming up this week, sorted by date
- Companies waiting on your reply
- Stale threads — places where the last message was yours and nothing has come back
- Pattern signals — across all your interviews, what's working and what isn't
What it isn't
- It isn't an applicant tracking system. It's built for you, the candidate, not for a hiring team.
- It isn't a CRM. The point is sharp follow-up, not lead scoring.
- It doesn't send anything. The hub is where you keep track; outreach lives in its own workflow.
